Shopping in Vancouver, Canada

Vancouver is a good city for shopping and has stores from several internationally known brands. The Robson Street, one of the main roads of the city, is like an open air mall has a lot of nice shops and is great to hit leg, buy clothes and shoes. Another street that also has several shopping options is Granville Street, where there are stores like Hudson’s Bay Company (Canadian department store) and Winners, where you can find varied products at a good price.

The Pacific Center shopping center is also located in the city center, where renowned stores such as Topshop and Sephora are located. The mall is large, closed, has easy access to public transport and is a good choice when it is raining. Nearby you will find London Drugs, which is a pharmacy, but it looks more like a supermarket, given the amount of products. This is a good place to buy cosmetics, for example.

The neighborhood of Gastown, especially on Water St, you will find several souvenir shops, with various objects bearing the name of Canada. For varied stores, ateliers, art pieces and other different products, visit Granville Island, which has several shops on its streets and the Public Market, a market that sells flowers, fruits, vegetables, cold cuts, spices and foods.

Further away from the center is the Oakrige Center, a mall that has Apple stores, Hugo Boss, Coach, GAP, etc.

CF Pacific Center

Located in the bustling heart of downtown Vancouver is the Pacific Center, a quality shopping center that brings together many stores. The mall is not that big, but it has several of the popular and famous stores on the market. Because it is closed, it becomes a good leisure program for times when it is raining, a fact not uncommon in “Raincouver”.
The Pacific Center is very centrally located, close to the train station, has a food court with varied restaurants, free Wi-Fi and stores from brands such as Apple, Nordstrom, H&M, Hollister, Guess, GAP, Banana Republic, among others.

Robson Street

Robson Street is one of Vancouver’s main streets and a point that almost all tourists visit when they land in the city. It is a pleasant, versatile place, great for a stroll in the afternoon and ideal for seeing shop windows and doing some shopping, as the street brings together many stores. Several cool restaurants are also present in the region, so if you don’t want to shop, you can just sit in a coffee shop or restaurant, enjoy the bustle of the city center and enjoy its contagious atmosphere.

There are shops to suit every budget and they are teeming with people on weekends.
